30-Day Warranty
We provide 30-days warranty on all products, provided they remain unused, in original packaging and with the safety seal intact. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any opened products.
Delivery Damage
If an item, including glassware, arrives broken or damaged in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please provide photo evidence to assist with the replacement process.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Change of Mind Returns
Customers are responsible for return costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
